We adopt a dynamic pricing strategy led by your requirements, market data and seasonal demand. We use sophisticated software and tools in order to manage your listing calendar and bookings

Guest Vetting & Deposits

Only verified, well-reviewed guests get to stay at your home and our greeters are well trained to inform the guests of our house rules. Security deposits are also taken for peace of mind.

In Person Check-Ins

An in person check-in serves two purposes: it is the final stage of the vetting process and it provides a friendly introduction and tour for the guest - our greeters are trained to know the area and your home. Our Premium Members also benefit from a photo inventory and in person check-out

Housekeeping

Our team of housekeepers clean before and after each booking to your exact requirements. Do you like your linen stored in a certain place? No problem. Need special brass ornaments polished? Just let us know

Fluffy white towels, high-quality cotton linens and complimentary toiletries for all of our guests

Maintenance

Our full-time maintenance team are on hand to sort out any necessary repairs or facilitate works and projects outside of booking periods

In 2015 Tom and Will left their corporate jobs to set up a property management company that put the client first and provided the highest level of service. They specialised in offering short term let management and quickly set about developing and training a team that would stand out in an increasingly crowded market place. The goal has remained unchanged: to create the best short let management company in London.
We believe we are closer than ever to achieving that goal. We firmly believe that the secret to good service is good people. Technological advancements have helped us grow our business but there is no substitute for a well-resourced and well trained team. We hope you will enjoy working with them as much as we do.

    • Highly personal guest service: we meet & greet every guest, give them a run-through of the property, exchange keys and sometimes provide a welcome pack or gift.
    • 24/7 guest support to handle any problems during guest stays.
    • Bespoke House Guides and quality concierge services incl. airport transfers and breakfast packages.
    • Clear and transparent pricing: We charge a set % of the rental income which is clearly itemised in your monthly remittance.
    • Flexibility! Hosts can stay in their own property at whatever time the property is not booked throughout the year and can select their own guest criteria (no kids/pets/students etc). We can adhere to any specific instructions on housekeeping and any other preparations.

    • We use a combination of online and offline channels:
      • Airbnb provides a high level of visibility on the "quality" of the guest and provides a high supply of travellers.
      • Our own booking platform, found here, will also advertise your property
      • We also use channels such as Booking.com and HomeAway as they provide access to a global market through their primary and subsidiary platforms (such as Abritel, Owners Direct and VRBO)
      • The Plum Guide is a Michelin guide to short-term rental properties. Properties have to fit strict criteria in order to make it onto PGs platform. PG demands slightly premium prices and high-quality guests.
      • Offline channels include corporate partnerships, a US film agency and a partnership with a private members club. We also keep in touch with returning guests and take repeat bookings.
    • We adopt our own proprietary vetting system using various criteria to determine whether they can stay at your home
    • We will only allow bookings from guests who have good reviews from previous stays.
    • We will request a questionnaire to be answered before a booking, which asks each guest about the purpose of their stay, age/profession/nationality etc.
    • We always provide in-person check-ins to verify the identity of each guest, taking a photograph of the main guest’s ID.
    • You can set your own criteria eg. number of guests, no kids, no pets etc.
    • We only allow bookings of a minimum of 3 nights (but recommend a minimum of 5 where possible). LRC takes a security deposit from each guest which will only be returned after check-out if the property has been looked after well without any damage caused or disturbances.
  • No. We only manage entire properties.
  • We work with a number of furniture rental companies who can kit out your home at reasonable rates with a quick turnaround
  • We also partner with interior design companies for a more permanent solution
  • Our Premium Members benefit from complimentary insurance.
  • We encourage our Standard Members to take up short-rental, on-demand, pay by the stay insurance through GUARDHOG. The costs vary depending on the host and the property but start from as little as £2 per night as long as you are using The London Residents Club.   • Yes, of course. The service is designed around you and your needs. Either speak to your dedicated LRC account manager or simply block the dates out via the online calendar provided by LRC.
  • We provide a marketing only service for properties outside of London. We charge 10% of the rental for sourcing guests. The owner will need to arrange housekeeping, linen, check in and in stay support. Whether the property be in Oxfordshire or Australia we are able to offer this service.

    • You will receive a monthly statement via email on the last day of the month. The funds for that month (less our fees) will be transferred to your bank within 5 days.
    • We take a deposit from all our guests for minor damages. Hosts should expect some light wear and tear and we advise all our hosts to set aside some of their annual rental income to cover minor repairs. We also encourage our hosts to look into short-term letting options and can introduce you to our preferred partner.
  • Written notice is required to terminate the agreement. If there are any outstanding bookings we ask that you honour them or you will be liable to pay for the cancellation fees.
  • We can onboard a new property within 72 hours so long as you have provided us with all the information we require and 5 sets of keys.
  • We require five sets of keys. Two sets for our guests, one for our housekeeper, one for our greeter and we always hold one in the office at all times for emergencies.
  • No! We take care of all linen/towels, toiletries and cleaning.
