This role would suit an ambitious undergraduate or post-graduate looking for well-paid work and flexible hours who understands the core tenets of customer service and hospitality. You will be the face of the business. Are you up for the challenge?

We welcome 1000s of guests (often tourists) to London every year - our team of greeters work with us to provide an in-person check-in service to all our guests.

The role includes:

  • ensuring the property is up to scratch prior to guest arrival

  • giving the guests a tour of the property

  • answering their questions, and resolving any problems they might have with the property.

  • liaising with the main office about check-ins and guest queries

You will also have the opportunity to perform a number of other ad-hoc tasks for an additional fee (e.g. changing light bulbs, receiving deliveries at the property, cutting new keys)


  • Always put the guest first and make them feel welcome in their new short-term rental

  • Be warm, sociable, well-presented and energetic: guests love a greeter with a bit of personality!

  • Be a problem-solver who can handle tricky situations. Sometimes things don’t go to plan, so we need someone who can think on their feet

  • Knows London well and is passionate about providing a great hospitality experience

  • Be team player who’s happy to work with our main office (London HQ)


We value exceptional greeters: they act as the public face of our company and keep our guests happy. That’s why we make sure to look after them well! As a greeter, you can work flexible hours and enjoy a number of great perks, including regular office drinks and team outings.

£20 - £30 per check-in (typically these last between 1- 2 hours) depending on property type.


We are looking for talented, reliable housekeepers/cleaners for domestic households with high standards of cleanliness. You will be provided with a weekly cleaning schedule with special instructions that involves multiple cleanings a day at properties mainly located within London Zones 1-3.

This role goes beyond excellent standards of housekeeping; you will also be responsible for reporting any property issues to the HQ team and your accuracy and timeliness in doing this will be measured at the same level as your cleaning standards.

You will be a key part of a close-knit team and will be provided with all the equipment and training to excel in your role.


Major advantages for those who have prior 4-5 hotel experience and speak English.

About The London Residents Club:

The London Residents Club (LRC), is a short-term rental management company with a strong focus on guest hospitality and our service to our client owners. In essence, we help property owners let their property through platforms such as The Plum Guide, Airbnb and, achieving desirable yields while retaining the flexibility to stay in their home whenever they like. On the guest side, we provide unique, characterful, well-located properties with all the comforts of a hotel.

We are a young, fast-growing company and have further ambitions for expansion over the next two years. In our 3 years of trading, we have looked after 100s of properties, acquired another company and have built a team of 40+ staff. Sales Manager Role Purpose:

To own the entire client acquisition process, to grow The London Residents Club’s portfolio of prime London homes at a sustainable rate. We want to scale the company while still maintaining our boutique feel and high level of service.

You will relish working to ambitious “new homes” targets and working collaboratively with the reservations & onboarding teams. We will provide you with the resources to fulfil your role including a budget and a team.

In summary, we are seeking a candidate who is great with people, has a good network, is digital marketing (outbound & inbound)/social media savvy and is able to create and run marketing campaigns independently. This opportunity is for a mid-level sales professional, but there is scope for the right candidate to take a senior Head of Sales role in 6 - 12 months.

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Be proactive and organised when managing and replying to leads

  • Be the face of LRC - the way you act in your initial dealings will set the tone for the rest of the contract

  • Proactively manage all “organic” new business coming in from referrals and website traffic

  • Manage clients’ expectations and adopt the “undersell, overdeliver” mantra

  • Be selective: we are looking for prime, well-located properties with good availability

  • Collaborate with our Onboarding Manager and Revenue Manager to coordinate the onboarding process, e.g. sales collateral, booking photographers, collation of onboarding information etc

  • Be self-motivated and autonomous

  • Be accountable and take responsibility for your decisions

  • Be confident working towards targets

  • Speak up and drive process improvements and change

  • Help create and implement a digital marketing roadmap in order to generate leads in line with our sales targets

  • Be involved in outbound marketing through Facebook, Google and postal means

  • Generate content for inbound leads using our blog and email marketing channels

Base - £22,500 OTE - £40,000 (target-based)

Graphic Design - InDesign, Canva
